Epson SC-P 5000 and suction

Hello.
I have put into service this printer that I bought used but overhauled 2 or 3 months ago.
When I print from the cassette, the vacuum works.
When I print a sheet from the upper insertion slot, there is no suction!
Adjusting the suction force from the driver has no effect either.
Does an owner of this printer have an idea, a tip, a test?
Thanks in advance.
