I just hooked up my Epson Stylus Pro 9600 after it was in storage for a couple years (no room in the old apartment), and just installed Qimage to try and get some use out of it.  I set the drivers to both 1440 dpi and 2880 dpi, and Qimage only shows a Max of 360 PPI.  Does anyone know if the printer is capable of 720 PPI?  I did a test print with the Qimage resolution turned to OFF and the 720 ppi sample looked better than the 360 ppi sample from Mike's Restest but not sure if that really means anything.   Any ideas if it is reporting wrong or should I just use the MAX 360?

Yes we can.
Don't blame you. They really hid this sucker.
See screen snap. Just put a check into FINEST DETAIL

I think that the expectation of the user making huge prints made the 720 an option.

Thanks, I didn't check the finest detail box because the Bill Atkinson profiles I use don't mention it, but I guess I should have known.

Thanks again as it did properly show 720PPI when checking Finest Detail.
