I just installed Qimage Ultimate on a new computer.  When I go to properties and set the print quality and then click ok, the setting goes back to 5 whenever I check it again.  Any idea what might be causing the problem.  I suppose that I could try uninstalling and reinstalling the Epson drivers and software.  I did try reinstalling Qimage, but that made no difference.

Thanks in advance for your help.

By default, driver AI is setting the quality to the highest (5).  Click the blue gear button to the right of the "Properties" button where you open the driver and then uncheck "Always set driver print quality to highest available" if you want to choose lower qualities.

Regards,
Mike

Thanks so much.  I did not realize that was the default choice.  Seems that whenever I am trying to set up a new computer things do not go smoothly.  Glad I waited for your reply before reinstalling the print drivers and software.
