New to forum, got new Win 11 computer and moving photo programs over. I moved Qimage and updated and have run into a problem. I have not used AI in Qimage before and am getting the following message: PRINTER DRIVER AI Driver AI status for Epson ESC/P-R V4 Class Driver: This printer is not compatible with Driver AI I did not have a problem with my old Win 11 computer. When I click on media size, I get only 4 selections, user defined is not listed. When I select printer setup, I do not get the usual Epson setup screens. Can I turn off the AI and Qimage will reconizge the Epson printer driver?
