Title: Qimage not recognizing printer Post by: hlpj on May 06, 2024, 07:44:26 PM I have a dtf printer that I connect to directly using the network (Cable from printer to my computer). How do I get Qimage to recognize the printer. The software that came with it is Maintop and Honsonsoft printxp. Thanks in advance
Title: Re: Qimage not recognizing printer Post by: admin on May 06, 2024, 09:34:13 PM Qimage doesn't recognize printers in such a way: that is deferred to Windows. Like Photoshop, Lightroom, Affinity, and all other Windows software that is not RIP based, it relies on the Windows printer driver. So if you install a Windows driver for the printer, Qimage will automatically see it (through Windows). If there is no Windows driver available, you cannot use Qimage to print to that printer.
