Cant find Profile HELP

Hi Guys

Hope someone can help with this

I have just tried to profile a new paper and all went well until I went to find the profile to move it to the profile folder

PP reported that the profile had ben saved as c:\Program files\Prism\ProfileName.icm The trouble is when I go to the Program Files\Prism Directory the profile file is not there, its been quite some time since I last used this software so I know its something I have forgotten, can anyone point me to the correct location.

I am running Windows 7 32 bit if that makes a difference.

I did search through explorer but that didn't find it either.

Windows faked you out and hid the file in your virtual store. Just recreate the profile and put it in a writable folder on your hard drive. The default location is your Windows color folder: \windows\system32\spool\drivers\color. If you use something under "program files", Windows will hide the file from you because those folders are not writable. So simply change the file name to a writable folder location and recreate the profile. It's easier than trying to find your virtual store.
