ICM to "Off" (no color adjustment) on the printer. I have read to keep the settings the same, but when using those settings the image is over-saturated.
If the correct paper is selected in the driver, and the Quality setting is the same, and Color management is set to off, then the driver is set correctly. (Assuming as Wolverine said, the same settings were used to create the profile)
We now have to ask how you printed the target.
Did you use ORIGINAL SIZE/
Did you use the built in Print Target JOB that comes with Qimage?
This is important! Did you let the target print dry... and cure?
See screen snap.
Were your scans done in RAW mode. Did you answer the question from Profile Prism when it asked you?
Make a test. Use the profile that came with your printer for Epson Ultra Premium Glossy.
Set the driver as we said, above.
Put that Epson Profile into the correct slot in Qimage (See screen snap), and make a print. Make sure you use the Epson Premium Glossy profile. I didn't have the one for the 1900 in my stash, so I used the 1400 to illustrate.
