Hi, just built a Windows 10 computer and, although Profile Prism opens, when you open an image it is not displayed so I can locate the corners etc, any thoughts?

Hi Pete,
What version software (profile Prism) are you running? Works fine using JPG or TIF. suffixes.
What is the suffix of the image that wont open?

Hi Fred,
PP v8.43 and I'm trying to load a 16bit TIFF created by Vuescan. I might have to re-install PP and try again.
Thanks Pete

Quick update, I can open JPG files so it could be the tif formatting from Vuescan.

In Vuescan, try scanning in RAW mode which will produce a proper TIF. I do it all the time

Fred, Found the issue, Vuescan was set to "Raw file type: Auto" and PP would not open it, with "Raw file type: 48 bit RGB" everything works perfectly. Thanks for your help. Peter
