Pete Hi Pete, What version software (profile Prism) are you running? Works fine using JPG or TIF. suffixes. What is the suffix of the image that wont open? PP v8.43 and I'm trying to load a 16bit TIFF created by Vuescan. I might have to re-install PP and try again. Thanks Pete Title: Re: Profile Prism and Windows 10 Post by: PeteH on December 04, 2015, 04:14:40 PM Quick update, I can open JPG files so it could be the tif formatting from Vuescan.

Title: Re: Profile Prism and Windows 10 Post by: PeteH on December 09, 2015, 04:11:07 PM Fred, Found the issue, Vuescan was set to "Raw file type: Auto" and PP would not open it, with "Raw file type: 48 bit RGB" everything works perfectly. Thanks for your help. Peter
