Title: Profile Prism and Windows 10 Post by: PeteH on December 04, 2015, 01:30:32 PM Hi, just built a Windows 10 computer and, although Profile Prism opens, when you open an image it is not displayed so I can locate the corners etc, any thoughts?

Pete Hi Pete, What version software (profile Prism) are you running? Works fine using JPG or TIF. suffixes. What is the suffix of the image that wont open? Title: Re: Profile Prism and Windows 10 Post by: PeteH on December 09, 2015, 04:11:07 PM Fred, Found the issue, Vuescan was set to "Raw file type: Auto" and PP would not open it, with "Raw file type: 48 bit RGB" everything works perfectly. Thanks for your help. Peter
