Can I use Profile Prism to make a profile for my Imacon scanner? I already have a Wolf Faust target.

Yes, Profile prism can be used to profile scanners, I have used it to do my 2 Canon scanners.
It sounds as if you do not already own PP.
I assume your Wolf Faust target is the IT8 target. You'll also need the correction data if it's not already in Profile Prism. The text file can be downloaded form the WF web site.
