Title: Changing an image color profile?
Post by: Tim4Peace on February 18, 2011, 04:47:59 PM
Hello. In Qimage Studio, what is the quickest way to temporarily change an image’s color profile, not the paper profile. Thank you.

Tim

Hi Tim,
If you want to change the profile for a look-see, the quickest way would be to go into the Image Editor and click ICC override, and select the profile you want to use.

If you want to change it so it stays, Place the image in the queue, and right click. From the right click menu, select Convert Image.
When the box opens (see snap), in the lower part of the box .... You need a conversion. See the screen snap and make yours look like mine.

You have many options so look them over, but the profile to profile conversion is in the lower part of the box.

Need more,? let us know.

Fred

It's not permanent either because it's a filter.  :D
