Nice to see the forum up and running - it's sure to be a big improvement over Yahoo groups.;D Now, down to business... I'm running Qstudio 2009.265 on Vista. I recalled a print job from the Job Log and opened the entire job rather than just the setting. I immediately got 43 (I counted them) Qstudio error pop-ups with the message 'Control '' has no parent'. I wasn't able to close or cancel these, so into task manager and killed Qimage. This isn't a major problem for me but happens often enough to be annoying and I can see no pattern to it yet. Recalling the same job doesn't cause the error every time. Roger Title: Re: Job Recall errors Post by: admin on July 13, 2009, 07:04:09 PM Only thing I can suggest is to keep an eye on it and report back if you find any info on the problem, like when it occurs. Virus scanners can sometimes cause strange problems and since no one else has reported anything similar, have you tried disabling any virus protection and running it to see if that clears it up?
