Hi Daniel,
The support section for Qimage SE says:
"Qimage will physically run on any computer running any 32 bit Windows Operating system including the latest Windows Vista OS"For Qimage Ultimate it says:
"Qimage Ultimate will run on any Windows based system including 32 and 64 bit versions of XP, Vista, and Windows 7"So there is some doubt if Q-SE will run properly on W7-64 bit, Mike would answer that - you could e-mail support directly.
However, I would thoroughly recommend you upgrade to Qimage Ultimate and enjoy all the latest improvements.
Do I have to follow a special procedure to install from my actual PC or just re-install on the new PC
There is no special procedure but I recommend you save some of the Qimage folders that are easily transferred and contain some of your own additions - such as Cutouts, Filters, Profiles and Signatures. Saved printer setups are more difficult because of possible different file paths but it is still worth keeping a backup of those too.
I assume you are currently running XP on the old machine. With W7 the file structure for saved Qimage data is different so take care in copying across - always keep a copy of the original Qimage installed folders (copy & re-name) until you are sure everything works.
