Odd Epson 3800 behavior, totally stumped...

I'm using Qimage Studio, Windows XP, Epson 3800. This morning I was printing some 8.5 X 11 tiff images for proof with no problems. Then I printed a pdf document from Firefox. When I went back to printing tiff images with Qimage, centered, fit to page, the images are slightly enlarged and while the top and left hand margins are OK, the right and bottom margins print close to the edge of the page and the bottom/right of the image gets truncated. The entire image is slightly enlarged and seems misaligned on the page.
I've deleted/reinstalled the 3800 print driver and deleted/reinstalled Qimage and the behavior is the same. All of the print driver settings look normal to me and the Qimage preview looks normal. I'm stumped about how to return to what you see is what you get printing. Any thoughts about how I can get back to where I was?
Thanks!

Hi,
Carefully check your driver settings from Qimage, make sure Enlarge document is not ticked on the Page Layout tab.
If that is not the cause, I suggest you use Help/Reset Printer Settings and then set everything up from scratch; do not use a saved printer setting.
Hope that helps.

Hi
It sounds like your printer driver is set to 'Borderless'

Thanks for the responses so far. Enlarge document is not checked and borderless is not checked. From the Help menu, I did a reset of all printer settings and all program settings. I set up a test from scratch. I turned on Print Preview in the Epson driver. The Qimage preview shows the image properly centered and sized for 8.5 X 11. The Epson Print Preview shows the same, a centered full image. However, the print is still oversized and adjusted to the right so that the right and bottom portions are cut off.
Any further ideas? Thanks again.

Problem resolved...in short, user error. It's incredibly embarrassing to admit what happened, but I will do so in the case it helps others. I had opened a new box of Epson enhanced matte paper when I started my afternoon printing session. That's when the problem began. Today I compared a morning print to an afternoon problem print and couldn't believe what I saw...the problem image paper was smaller. Yes, I accidently purchased a box of 8 X 10 paper rather than 8.5 X 11 paper. So, if you tell Qimage and the print driver that you are using 8.5 X 11 paper and then use 8 X 10 paper, you have a problem print. I'm greatly relieved that it was me and not the printer or Qimage settings.
Again, many thanks for the suggestions.
