Hi,
Just bought an Epson R1900 printer. I have a few panoramas I wish to print.  I have the Epson 8.3 x 23.4 paper.  This is not listed in the size choice.  When I try use the user defined, it will not let me enter the dimensions.

Any suggestions/

Epson do not seem to list that size any more, is it old stock?
I used to have some (I still have the packet) but found it was not compatible with my R800 because of the pigment inks it uses.
The R1900 is pigment ink too so that size may be blocked for compatibility reasons.

I have an R1800. It shows the same thing, but User defined works fine.
yes the paper size is not listed but User defined takes it. Are you sure you entered 830 for the width without any decimal?
That's what the R1800 asks for, and the length is input at 2340 or higher; again no decimal point!

I wonder why I cannot set the size manually.  When I enter the dimensions, they change each time I press enter.

I've just set up the same size (metric version) on my R800, no problems.
You say, "when I press enter". Are you sure that is correct, I just clicked "save" and OK.
See screen snap attached.

How about clicking OK instead of Enter or Save.
Metric? Why do you have to confuse this old head?
