I recently upgraded computers-
just today hookde up old box so I could get registration info and d/l qimage ont the new box.
the email I got from you shows me a username and code of 4 alphanumeric groups of 5 characters sepaarated by - (hyphens)

when I go to download page it refuses to accept this code with or without the hyphens between the 4 groups of characters.
that is using the username and code exactly as in the email and case correct.

frustrated
