Is it possible to choose what information can appear on the exif bar? I would like the time the photo was taken to appear.

Thanks,

Linda,
As is stands now,
Right click any thumbnail, and then click Display Image Info.
As you slide (hover) the mouse pointer across any thumbnail with the info box open, it will read EXIF from each image it passes over.

Of course, you know that you also have a 'details' button in the batch filter screen if you need to check it there too.

Thanks, Fred. I have to record the time for a whole bunch of photos in conjunction with a class I am taking. Naturally I prefer to stay within QI for all the work.

Your suggested approach using the thumbs should work just fine - I just didn't want to open every pic in the batch filter screen.

I appreciate your reply.  Smiley

You could just use the Qimage re-name facility and include the date & time in the file name (default values). Alternatively, print contact sheets with the time on as floating text. The contact sheet layouts that come with Qimage have the time on already.
Terry.
