Once upon a time Mike helped me straiten out my print settings so I could print border-less on roll paper on my 4880 without expansion.  I accidentally deleted the email with the screen shots he sent me, and then I reinstalled windows and all my software, and now I am getting  that stupid white strip on the side of my prints.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
