Quote The info that we last sent to you is current (and works). There are two steps. Be sure to follow those steps. The most common problem is when someone mixes up the unlock or the download password. They are separate and the password is used to download the file while the unlock is used to register once installed. If you get a message from your browser about the password being used in an "insecure manner", your internet security is set too high and your browser is not allowing standard password protected web sites. The security setting can be changed under tools in Internet Explorer. This a quote from Mike..... might as well pass it along and see if that takes care of the problem. Fred |
