Printer is Epson 2880.  OS is Win 7.

After three phone calls to Epson because printer wouldn't load Epson Fine Art Velvet paper, Qimage won't recognize 8/5X11 inch paper - prints only ~ 1/2 of image on 8.5X11, at a  large size as if it were printing on 13X19 paper. The "printed" half image is on the left side of the page so the there's a border of about 1 inch at right and at top, border of ~1/4 inch at bottom of page.

This is a new problem, started today after the phone calls to Epson. Have reviewed all Epson printer drivers with Epson support rep. I can relay each Epson setting if anyone's interested - but they are all appropriate for 8.5 X 11 paper.

Upgraded (from Q Studio 2010 v 205) to Q Studio  2010 v 209. Uninstalled/reinstalled. App is still unable to recognize 8.5 X 11 inch paper - prints only half the image, at a size appropriate for 13X19 paper.

I can print on 8.5 X 11 from PS perfectly well, but I sure don't want to lose the ability to print with Qimage.

IF AT ALL POSSIBLE - I really need to resolve this quickly, because at present I'm unable to print from Q at all. Is there some sort of buffer or print queue in Q which I can clear? The Epson printer driver is already cleared, without benefit.

Just knowing that you got your Qimage back making great images and prints is all the thanks I need.
