I am saving my printer settings on a local server and would like qimage to remember that location instead of defaulting to the save folder on the c drive.  Thanks!

In the Utilities menu there's and item to migrate all the Application Data to another drive. This will include saved printer setups.

I don't see a way to SAVE AS where you can choose you destination folder.
So if it was very important to me, I would write a very small 2 line batch file, which with a click will COPY from C:\Programdata\ddisoftware\qimage\save folder to the server folder. You can use the *.prt and *.prn as filters so you will only copy printer setups.
Another way is to use the Migrate data feature found under the Utilities menu called MIGRATE
That will move all the data to your chosen destination. Then  it asks you if you want QU to use this new location, or continue using old location and you only wanted a backup copy.
One of these solutions should work for you.

The MIGRATE option is the cleanest and seems to sound like it is what you want.

I think Fred's initial idea of a batch file that copies setups to the network machine might be best.  I wouldn't recommend changing the application data folder to a network location because that will put thumbnails, raw cache, program settings, and other options on a network computer and that could cause problems/conflicts with other computers using the same location (or even bigger problems if the networked PC is not turned on or is currently unavailable on the LAN).

In general, it's not even a good idea to copy printer setups to multiple machines because there is no guarantee that the printer name, port assignments, and driver versions will be the same from one networked PC to another.  If you are careful to name the printer the same on each machine, make sure each is running the same driver version, etc. you can do it but the printer setups are probably better handled locally so Fred's idea of copying via a batch file or drag/drop is probably the cleanest way to do it.  For example, if you take the convention of naming your setups with the same prefix like Q-Shared-Setup followed by a description, you could make the Qimage "Save" folder on the network PC shareable and then your batch file that you put on your desktop could have only one line in it.  Something like:

copy C:\Programdata\ddisoftware\Qimage\Save\Q-Shared-Setup*.pr* \\MyNetworkComputerName\Save
