Seeing is believing!
A lot of stuff in Qimage Ultimate is real, but accepted on faith. When Mike says something like, "Improvements made to color management system", we really don't see it as a 'before and after'.
Let me show you a 'before and after' on this upgrade.

1) Image shot this past Monday before sunrise with ISO 1600.  Looked pretty good to me. Very little noise showing.
2) NR setting was default in Raw Options.
3) No Noise Reduction activated other than the default Raw Option NR

I did this screen snap by opening the image in 233 and created a TIF
Then opened 234 and rebuilt the single thumb for that image and put that in the queue with the TIFand viewed in the Comparator.
Just look at the lettering!  If that isn't enough... check out the small amount of noise that was present in the dark green areas.
