Hi Roy,
Here's how, there are 3 forms of text: Print Info, Annotation and Floating Text.
Open the Page Editor (double click on the page) and on the right of the editor screen, on the 'Layout' Tab are all the options. See attached screen shots.

To add to Terry's helpful post, You can also make a wide border special for text by using MATS.
See screen snap

Thanks for your responses. How do I access the page editor. I have right clicked on the main page and gone into edit page but when I double click it brings up the adjustment box. Sorry to be so dim but any further help would be gratefully received. I used to know how to do this!

Here are two ways to access PAGE EDITOR
Right click menu from from main live view screen. See screen snap

The other way is a simple secret way..... Just double click anywhere in the blank area bellow the live view.
See screen snap showing my arrow cursor area.

Thanks Fred. I hadn’t clicked on layout therefore could not see the annotation box. I will try to remember that in future. It is no fun getting old! Once again thanks for your prompt responses.
