That is the expected value. I was trying to determine if one of your environment variables in Windows got corrupted but that doesn't appear to be the case. With that information, there is nothing in Qimage Ultimate that would try to open C:\Users\Claude\Application Data. The only way it could be accessing that location is if maybe you visited that folder at some point and it got stuck in the folder history. Look to the right of the current folder location in Qimage and click the +/- button (Add/Remove folders from history) and select "Clear History". Then close and reopen Qimage and see if you still get the error. At this point, that is the only thing I can think to try since there is no code in Qimage that would make it try to access C:\Users\Claude\Application Data.

Seems the problem is not within QI. I cleared the folder history to no avail. I will keep looking around to see if I can solve this mystery.
