How do I attach an image to a post ?

I have used the Additional / Browse buttons .... seems to upload image.

Click preview and it does not show.

Is it too big?  We only allow small images here (<128k) so you may have to compress it.

Thanks  ... that must be it ... I thought limit  was 256kb
