I know (pretty sure, but ‘older’ memory) that I printed an image within last 6 months ago.  It is not in list.  There are only about 10 images, the rest are ‘#Unclog….’

Is it possible a print job is not log do to some setting/action on my part?
Is there a maximum number of jobs that the list can contain?
Why log all the unclog prints (even though you seem to place them at end of list)?

Thanks, John

Also, the unclog jobs are logged so you have a record of when the unclog jobs were printed and how they were printed (what printer, date and time, half page or full page, all colors, just some colors, etc.).  That way if you do get a clog, you can look at the unclog jobs to see if anything needs to be adjusted.

Checked it. Seems to have been set at ‘All’, but it’s possible I clicked that while selecting ‘job log’.

Jobs and unclogs are cut off (last date) about same time, so action was apparently for max of 100 and job I wanted was passed that.

Since I had not been printing much lately 80% - 90% of jobs listed were unclog jobs.  The number of unclog listings pushed the ‘important’ ones off the list. Is there (can there be) a way to limit number of unclog jobs kept….say to 20 or 30?  I cannot see need to keep more than that many of the latest.  If ‘all’ is selected, the number of unclog jobs could get really large…..how would one clear these out?

EDIT:  Would it be possible to allow the ‘file details’ window at the bottom to be enlarged (in height)?  I have a 4K screen with lots of space to view list of jobs, but always have to go down an scroll details for each image when necessary

Data is managed via the "Utilities", "Manage Disk Usage" option in Qimage where you can get rid of stuff, for example, more than 6 months old, etc.  In fact, maybe you used that and the job log was checked when you used it?

Never knew that was there.  It was set to ‘6 months’, but none of the 4 items (including job log) were check….and I had not ever clicked’delete’.

I’m pretty sure the max. Job log was set to 100 and the #unclog items built up and deleted the (important) print jobs.

I am not overly concerned with the amount of disk space, which seems relatively small.  However, if I need to clear ‘job log’ disk space, I would like the option to delete the #unclog jobs (all, 12 month to 1 month) and keep all the “real” print jobs.  I guess the alternative is to go directly to the log folder.
