Qimage's RAW developer does rely on Dark Frame creations to get light falloff reduced. The method to make the Dark Frames is not really aimed at the use of say uncoupled C-mount manual lenses on M4/3 cameras and I wonder how other people manage that aspect when they use Qimage. With no aperture feedback from the lens to the camera the data will not contain that information. Focusing at infinity creates more falloff than nearby and that information is not available either in the file.  Dark Frames usually are created with a paper sheet nearby so there is already a flaw in the method anyway. I have looked into the creation of artificial dark frames but my gut feelings say that a more or less manual tool like available in Photoshop ACR is preferable, if not the one of Picture Window Pro that I liked more in the past.
