Hi Guys,

Just trialling QImage Ultimate - Love the ease of use, and it works perfectly so far with our new printer Canon Pro 1000.

But ... Just printed 3 x A3 photos out and selected to leave a 1 inch border but this border prints out in light blue - can anyone advise where to turn off or what my issue is please ?

I have selected the 1 (border) and selected colour = white, but still it prints pale blue

Thanks for any help

Could be a color management issue.  Are you using a printer profile?  Two things that can cause this are a bad printer profile or choosing "Absolute Colorimetric" for the rendering intent.  It might also be good to print a test image: one that has a gradient from black to white.  See if the whites in your photos also print pale blue.  If so, that's more of an indication of a color management problem.

Regards,
Mike
