I'm trying to update Ultimate, but the emails never arrive. Are they actually going?

Mine arrive by the time I leave the Qimage web page and go to my e-mail inbox at yahoo.com. Check to make sure your spam filter is not blocking mail from ddisoftware.com. Thats where the mail will come from.

The emails are automated as I understand it.
if you open Ultimate, click HELP ABOUT, and then click Download, you send an automated request for the password and location.
If you do that, and no email arrives in 1 minute, then you either are receiving the email at the account that you supplied when you purchased Ultimate, but you are looking at a different email account., or your email client program is diverting the email from ddisoftware to some Spam or junk email folder.
Check your spam folder or reduce the level of security.

Anthony -

Don't know who your e-mail host is, but I had the same problem last month.  My e-mail is yahoo/verizon, and those geniuses had suddenly started putting Mike's mail into my spam folder.

Add Mike's e-mail to your contact list and that should solve the problem

As they've all arrived this morning, I suspect an ISP problem my end (sigh...)

Exactly the same here (but not using Yahoo).  Less than 30 sec.

The very first thread (Mikes), on the Qimage Ult  page says " subscribe-to-receive-qimage-update-emails "
maybe i'm dense but I cannot find a place to "subscribe" so I can be notified when a new update comes out Roll Eyes

I did manage to update through the help menu in the program though Grin

At the top and bottom of this web page there are tabs, one of which is labelled "Notify", use that.  Smiley
