Something changed in the last few months, I can no longer connect to the site via the Qimage.  When I go to HELP-ABOUT QIMAGE, after LATEST VERSION I see this message: UNABLE TO CONTACT SITE.

I have internet access through browsers, Windows Firewall is set to allow Qimage through - can you point me in the right direction to fix this?  I am running Windows 7 (64 bit) on an i7 950 processor with 24 GB RAM and lots of hard drive space.  Thanks!

Are you talking about the inability to connect to this forum site or the general Qimage Sales site.
The link in help is to connect to the General Qimage Ult sales and info site.

I really wouldn't sweat it if your link doesn't work from the 'about QImage' in the  help menu, just paste it into favorites. Roll Eyes

I have the  link for the help videos page plastered on my Desktop for 'emergency quick access' Wink Grin

Qimage Ultimate uses the Windows internal web transfer API's so if it doesn't work, there are only two possibilities: (1) some program like an antivirus or firewall program is blocking it, or (2) some core piece of internet connectivity has been removed from the Windows OS on your machine.  Check to be sure your Internet Explorer is up to date and running properly since that defines how the OS communicates with the web.

Mike

Thanks for the input, sorry for delayed reply.  Mike you were right (of course), after setting Internet Explorer to default things started to work again  Smiley
