I can't print with latest Qimage a big file print. Size dimensions are 112cm x 191 cm with 125 ppp. System is windows 10 with drivers and espon 9600. No luck with EMF and RAW to spool the images into the printer driver. What I'm missing?

Hi,
I am trying to recreate any problem here on my 9600 driver... I am using roll paper, Premium Semigloss, Borderless, set to 44.02 (inches) x 76.0 (inches). I am set to print size of Fit to Page which gives me a print of 44.02 x 75.76 (inches)

I click Print, and Qimage runs its print routine and with Print Preview ON, I see the entire print.

Please give some more details on what you are using for an image, do you see the thumbnail of the image, and all teh specs you can provide.

What symptoms?
Is QU creating the print file?
Do you get any error message?
Will a smaller print (like A4)  print OK?
Is the correct printer port selected?

Help

Hello. I have set all the parameters like you. RAW for large prints and i haven't set anything more. My image is 125 ppi resolution.

If i set Print Res/Poster Res to 360 ppi it works ok. But if i set to 720 ppi or 1440 ppi doesn't work.

Could you help me by Teamviewer? I send to you a PM

I replied to Carlos via email with screen snaps. I believe his issue should be solved.
Basically, (even without knowing his image resolution), a print that large 44 x 75, will make a file that is too large at 720 ppi.  Just remove the check from the FINEST DETAIL box in the driver setup, and all works fine.
Hopefully, Carlos will reply here also and let all know that it works for him.

Fred
Carlos replied by email that his printing is now fine.

In our Canon P-100 it is in the driver in the MAIN TAB.
It is not a Qimage function.
Fred
I never could get it to work in my printer driver.
