Hi folks,
I recently purchased QImage Ultimate, but have a rather strange issue. When I send a print job to the printer, it won't print. The job is sent, it is in the queue, shows as printing on the printer's display, but nothing happens. I'm using a fresh Windows 11 23H2 installation, up to date photoshop, Epson P5370 printer with up to date drivers and firmware. I should mention, that I'm attempting to print through the PS plugin. Everything else seems to be working fine, including scheduled head clean printing.

Any help and suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi Alan,

For that printer, I would recommend clicking the AI Copilot button at the top of the main UI and then UNchecking all Driver AI checkboxes at the bottom except for Automatic Color Management (you can leave that one on).  Then hold the Shift key and click "Properties" to open the printer driver, make whatever settings apply to your printing like media type, size, quality, etc. and then "OK" out of the driver.  That will reset everything and should clear up any problems that might be stuck/remembered from before.

You say that the unclog jobs print but that normal photos don't print?

That is correct.

So read the post above mine. So I just tried printing a matte sheet, and it printed fine went back to luster, and, surprisingly it printed also. Go figure.
