Brand new user here, learning fast.

Going to print some posters of niece's National Champions (Homeschool league) basketball team.  Guy has a 48"x96" printer and he's made me a great deal on big prints so I'm trying to get them ready.

However since Qimage doesn't change the image can I print from his computer?

Yes, by using the QU Print to File feature: Menu - File, Print to, File.
While that is open, click F1 for Help.
This will include any edits you have done in QU and perform smart print sharpening  QU quality on another PC.
Make sure you set the finished print size as required, at say, 300ppi and select the right profile - ask your friend what is required, usually sRGB or AdobeRGB.
It'll be a large file!

Okay, I saw that option and checked it out.

However I have 150 images to process -- is there a way to "batch process" them?

The printer is a fuji Acuity 350, prints a full 48"x72" image at photo quality.

Operator says he uses Photoshop so I've got to get everything back into PSCC for printing.

Is there an easy way???

Yes, put all the images into the queue.

Why, an image is an image! Using QU Print to File will include all edits, raw refine and image edits into the new file.
Also, if your operator lets you have the printer profile, that can be used to convert and embed into your image files too.
QU Print to file is specifically designed to do what you are asking, regardless of what software the operator uses to print with.

Good morning,
Perhaps I can explain from a different angle what Terry is trying to tell you.
No one cares what software the operator uses. He can use PS, Lightroom, Qimage Ultimate, Faststone, etc....
All we are asking, and you have to ask your operator is: Are you OK if my images are in Adobe rgb, or do you prefer sRGB color space?

The next thing would be to ask YOU, what size prints are you making?
You mention that the printer is capable of 48 x 96, and in the next post 48 x 72. What size prints are you making?
Last thing you want to ask the operator is what is the PPI (pixels per inch) that he prefers the images to be?

Then we set up Qimage in Print to file mode, using the above information.

As for doing 150 in a batch, no problem at all.  As Terry said, Qimage is designed for batch operation.

Set the Print to File buttons according to the information you get from the operator, add 50 images to the queue, and click Print.
When those are done, transfer them to a DVD or a thumb drive, an SD card,,,,  now do 50 more... and so on.

Let's say, you want 150 - 8 x 10s. You set the page size to 8 x 10... set the ppi to whatever he tells you he wants.... 300 ppi?   and click the button for Adobe RGB or sRGB, and then place the dot at the bottom in the lower hole where it says, change print size to 8 x 10.
That's all there is to it, but remember to click PRINT using the regular print button to start the operation.
I remember the first time I used that.... After I clicked OK I waited and waited... nothing happened. I didn't realize I had to follow that by clicking the Print button.

Thanks for the help.

The printer is 4'x8' (48"x96")

Problem with batch printing is I've cropped each one to different sizes -- some are long and skinny, others are square.

Printer operator says he works in CMYK with Photoshop.

I may be trying to do something too far from normal and may have to back up and punt.

But I really like what Qimage can do!
