I had my canon pro-100 and pro-1000 setup to purge/print every 2 days. Nice and stable. I replaced the pro-100 with a pro-10. Removed the pro-100 driver. Qimage did not like that. I tried to add the pro-10 to the purge list and remove the pro-100. I have canceled every unclog job, none are listed. When I go to the scheduling tool, no available unclog jobs are on the schedule list to print. However, when I exit that page it gives me 3 unclog jobs to verify. How can I delete these jobs so I can just start over with the unclog scheduler? Thanks Gary

There are no unclog jobs listed. I tried deleting them manually with the red 'x'. But anytime I go to close qimage I get a notice the unclog scheduler is running. The pro-10 is printing 2 unclog pages every 2 days, so it is still running in the background somewhere. I did reboot the machine- no change. Running windows 10. I need to somehow turn the scheduler off, erase the "hidden" jobs and start anew. Great program and has been running smooth as silk until I tried to switch printers. Gary

Did you right click on the white clock upper right corner? Right click to reset schedule. Left click On and Off Fred

Fred, that can turn the scheduler off. But if I turn it on, when I go to close qimage it says the unclog scheduler is currently running and although no jobs are listed anywhere, my pro-10 printer prints out 2 purge sheets every 2 days- I had it setup to print one every 2 days before I changed anything. I just do not see where the unclog jobs are stored, but they are not showing up on the unclog scheduler page?? Gary

Ok, getting even more confusing, at least to me. I set up a new pruge print schedule for my pro-10- as nothing else was listed in the unclog purge page. When I go to the scheduling page no unclog jobs are available. The list of unclog jobs to print on schedule is blank. Yet when I say OK on the scheduler page it asks it I want to visually verify 4 unclog jobs. When I look at these all 4 are setup on the pro-10. I can turn the scheduler off, but would really like to use it without printing 4 different jobs on the pro-10??? Gary

Thanks Fred Leave it to me, I often come up with scenarios no one has ever seen before. I figure there has to be a log somewhere I can manually delete. My guess is somehow deleting the pro-100 driver, while the scheduler expected to find it, somehow disconnected it. Hopefully one of them can figure this out. I like the ability to exercise printers that are not used every couple of days. Gary

I'm not able to get my QU into that state even when I delete the printer driver of one of the printers in the schedule. But let's just clear the whole thing and start over:
(1) Open QU and click "Utilities", "Explore Qimage Application Data": a file explorer window will open. (2) Close QU but leave the file explorer window open. (3) In the file explorer window, open the "Save" folder. (4) Locate and delete all files that start with {Q}unclog and delete them. (5) Re-open QU and set up the unclog jobs and schedules from scratch.
Note: in step 4, there will be files that start with {Q}unclog... and {Q}unclogsched... Delete them all: {Q}unclog*.*
Regards, Mike
