They are not allowing me to get the image in landscape mode--.
When I try to change it,it just stays in the vertical position?-weird??
Anyone have any ideas??

What is the size of the print and the paper size?  Usually that's an indication that it won't fit on the paper in landscape mode.

Paper size is 8&1/2 x 11,actual print size is 8 x13...??

Weird,,have no idea how this happened
