Nothing beats making a print on paper for testing,,, not print preview nor Soft Proofing.
Terry recently replied to a similar discussion where the complaint was based on print preview.
Try to grasp the idea that the print preview shown to you by the driver has no idea what ink you use, nor even what brand of paper.
But when you print, aaah, the chemicals take over and you can see what you have.

That reply was probably to my observation.
My old Epson preview was always way off
The new Cannon was much better.
But with the new EIZO the Cannon preview was worse than the Epson.
It was just an observational comment.
