What I still haven't managed after 6 years of using several versions of qi without breaking my mouse finger and a lot of cursing is to center a group of images on a page! All Photos are like 4x6" on a sheet of 17x22" (13 fit) and i want to print edges. When I choose optimal spacing they're all pushed to the top left corner and there are no top and left edges any more. I have succeeded in manually moving the whole lot inwards, but then when I want to print the next sheet with new Photos it pops back again and I have to start over. This is annoying and I am very po'ed that even in Ultimate there still is no enhancement of the print spacing/handling.

Could anyone please shove me in the right direction in case it's a user error

I am not sure what the problem is as you describe.
Let's start somewhere.
See my two screen snaps.
I have 14 on that sheet, not thirteen, and I have edges...

If I do it with crop on I get 13..
What did I miss>

Hi Fred,
thank you for jumping in. Ah your way is easy and can be achievesd with the little placement options button below the preview.
I want to minimize cuts so I am pushing them in close together. I only need edges at the outside. see image

Hi,
To move the images away from the edge, adjust the page margins and that will work for all pages - don't forget to cancel afterwards though
You can easily access the margins via the Menu Cheater button , 4th from left at the top of the main screen.
See screen shots attached, metric equivalent but you'll get the idea.  Wink
Terry
PS. I used Optimal spacing but Compacts works ok. too.

I reckon QU is as good and often easier to use than Desk Top Publishing programs. It's all there, ask before get "po'ed", we are very happy to help  Grin

Hi Terry,
thank you very much for this easy solution. Don't get me wrong, Qi is and has been my favorite print solution for years. I am very happy with Mike's work and have learned a lot from you and others in this fabulous forum. Maybe I was just a little bit frustrated once again with myself because I have tried to resolve this problem so many times and have always failed.

No offence meant at no time.

Keep up the great work, Ralph
