Hi,

Is it possible to center the image on the roll in banner mode (epson 11880)?
I choose center for image placement but the image always ends up printing 3/4mm from the right side (15mm from the left side).

thanks,
denis

How does the image placement look on the Qimage (upper right) preview panel.
What size user defined page and what size print?

hello,
user defined page width is 1118 mm
print size is 1100 mm

the image looks centered in the preview panel
and if i do manual placement with 9mm from the left, in the preview panel it looks like it has been placed 9mm from the left...

but in both cases (centered or manual placement) it always ends up printing with 4mm distance from the left!

thanks,

Go into the Full Page Editor screen and click the Size Location tab.
See the location margins. If they are correct, then go back to the HELP menu and click RESET Printer.

Humm... the margins were correct in the editor and resetting the printer didn't fix the problem.

I'll try to take screenshots to illustrate the issue this week-end (I was just trying qimage ultimate but I have the same issue in qimage studio btw).

Send a few screen shots. If they wont fit on the forum allowance, feel free to email them to me at wathree.ssz@verizon.net
Please send full screen, main screen, and also your driver screens that affect image placement. Would also like to see the Print location screen in the Full Page editor.
Thanks,
Fred
