Title: Changing Registered Email Address

Since Verizon decided to give their emails to their AOL subsidiary, I dropped my Verizon email address.  I've been trying to change my registered Qimage email address for the last six month using the Qimage website.  So far no luck.  Unfortunately, you cannot get updates without a correct email address.  Has anyone else had this problem?  Has anyone had success?

It is rare, but occasionally, an email might end up in your spam folder or something like that.
I will try to put your issue in front of him, but he certainly will need your registered name and both old and new email addresses.
To speed things up, if you wish you can send that to me, at wathree.ssz@verizon.net, or just apply again and I will put your post highlighted for him.

I found your email change request and it looks like it had already been done.  I forced a manual update on it and maybe that will clear up any problems: could you please check it again?

Also be aware that in QU itself, you need to go to "Help", "Registration Info" and enter your new email address in the box and click "Complete Registration" so that the software will have the updated address.
