Had Qimage working just dandy until now! I have a commission for a museum. I'm about 75% way through printing the final prints and everything has been excellent. (QImage has made all the difference to my work flow. Thanks). BUT. Yep there's always a but!
But I went away for two weeks and came back to finish the printing. Some how something has changed and all my prints have a strong yellow cast to them. I did change ink tanks but they are genuine units and I've never had a problem before. (I've been changing tanks during the first 75% of the job with no issues).
So my question is. - What may have changed that I need to look at? Papers the same. Printers the same. I use the same QImage preset that I created. My editor hasn't changed. (I can overcome the yellow caste by desaturating the yellow in my editor but that's only a short term solution).

Any tips on what may have changed?

Your printer settings?

All that stuff about 'No Colour' and so on. There was a long thread a couple of days ago when Mike, Fred and Terry were helping a Canon printer owner untaffle a printer driver that seemed to have a mind of its own.

Nah. I was happily working with everything fine. Went away for two weeks. Turned everything back on. Followed my routine and the prints had a nice yellow 'glow' about them. As I said I can tone the yellow down in my editor but I want to know what may have caused the change.

Maybe I have a partially clogged head that is affecting the colour mix. When I get time tomorrow I'll do a head clean and see if there are any changes.

Yes, that is the most common cause of a colour problem reported on this forum.
Not only do a head clean, print a nozzle check before and after the clean too.

If I do not print at least once a week my R1900 almost always needs a head clean. 

I have for some time been just switching the printer on and off every three days, I think this gives it a mini head clean.  Seems to work.
