Hello all, I have installed the new version of Qimage Ultimate due to having to re-format my whole hard drive, the printer driver settings are not seeming to match what I had installed before the re-format. I am using Epson lustre paper and and Epson Stylus Pro 7800 to print. (the Pro 980 7800 PLPP250 print profile) When I bring my images into the queue, they seem to darken (become more contrasted) and I am wondering if anyone has had a similar problem and how to fix it? I tried what Mike suggested which was to reset my printer driver settings, but it didn't seem to make a difference. I have my printer profile set exactly to my printer, just as it was before. The thing I am still unsure of (and maybe I did it wrong) is how I reset the printer settings and NOT recall a job or previous printer settings? Any ideas would be great Smiley

Sounds like the driver settings need attention.
See attached screen snaps.
Most important are, NO COLOR ADJUSTMENT, correct paper selection, and Quality setting

Just want to clarify the above.

The images seem to darken when you print or when you look at them on the screen?
