Sheet is 8.5 x 11 with borderless selected in printer driver.
I manually positioned the images to move away from paper edges.

But even before I manually positioned, QU does not give me the 4.13 x 6.13 custom size I saved.

It gives 4.13 x 5.78.

In your own screen shot, you can see that the crop scissor is off. Select the image or images, and then click the crop scissor on, located just left of the rotate buttons.

Just curious, why borderless?

Great ... thanks Fred, that fixed it.

I think if I do not choose borderless, the two 4.13" sizes will not fit the 8.5" sheet with printer margins.
.... and if they would, they will be joined, which makes it harder to trim accurately.

And one more question ... is there a shortcut to the "recall" command ?

OK Glad it works.
I see why you need borderless to make the two 4.13s fit in the 8.5 side. I just didn't realize that 4.13 was critical.
OK I am now in sync.
There are two ways to open RECALL.
One, the yellow envelope top left of the main screen, TWO there's a little yellow envelope on the right side of the Printer and Setting tab screen.
See snaps attached.
A third way, convoluted as it may seem, is to open AUTO JOB LOG and click the "P" button for Printers (or other choice) and then click on the yellow folder at the top right. When the tree opens, select the SAVE folder.
