I never use QI for anything but printing - and that straight from Lightroom.  I do all editing and stuff in LR and/or Photoshop, so am really unfamiliar with QI's photo editing and raw conversion facilities.  Still, looking for UI discrepancies with the 4k screen, I had a look.  The attached screenshot shows what I got when trying a blemish removal.  I assume it's wrong, but as I said, I never use these tools.

The attached screenshot shows what I got when trying a blemish removal.  I assume it's wrong, 
I get a similar problem but the numbers are all visible, just the spacing is a bit odd.
See attached screen shot.
1920x1200 monitor, QU set to 125%
