Is there a quick & easy way to remove all the export file folders? Navigating to their location under ProgramData reveals a grayed out "Delete" button in Windows Explorer. I deleted everything via Utilities>Manage Disk Usage, but the folders and files remain. It really can't be this hard, can it? Wink

Also, since I rarely reprint anything, if I set my Preferences to remove prints automatically will these temporary folders/files not be created? Both standalone and from PS/LR?

Thank you for any insight provided.

Hi Alan,
The proper way to clean out the Export folder is UTILITIES  EXPLORE EXPORT FOLDER, and delete what you wish.

Thanks, Fred, that did the trick!

Is it possible to not have these folders created in the first place?

ACTUALLY, the folders install (empty( when Qimage is installed/
So even if we delete the folder, wen you install a new version, there will be a new folder.
