Title: email change & update to latest QI release

About 5 hours ago I submitted an email address change - needed so that I could download the latest QI release.

I'm not known for my patience so that may explain this post - but - how long does this normally take? After 5 hours, the DDI download (and registration) system still thinks my address is the old one - which no longer works. I guess the DDI data base update is a manual process?

It is a manual change: done at close of business each day.  We do it that way so we can check both the old and new addresses, make sure there are no "collisions" in the database, and be sure that both the old and new addresses are sent a confirmation of the change for security purposes.  I just sent today's changes out.
