I may not be doing this correctly. My OLD (Original) Email shows in the Help area when I open QI-U. The same OLD previous email is displayed to be used to send me an email with "How to update" details. Both of these were detected today when I decided to update to the latest version. I assume you have my present (current) Email since it was used when you processed my Lifetime purchase for QI. The last time you requested an update was August 14.
