Title: Error- Division by zero Post by: rani on June 09, 2015, 04:01:41 PM Hi,
I get this message when trying to use Unclog + schedule. when clicking the OK button the cursor sign is changing to timer and the software is not responding. Any advice? Title: Re: Error- Division by zero Post by: admin on June 09, 2015, 04:09:07 PM Not getting any similar reports so can you give us some more information? What does your unclog schedule look like? Maybe you can post a screen shot of the settings before you click OK.

Title: Re: Error- Division by zero Post by: rani on June 09, 2015, 06:24:24 PM More info:
1. The error pop up even if i try to queue the file or try to print it immediately. 2. Another error pop up- not enough memory. (no need to say- the machine has 32gb ram and much more ssd free space) 3. Manual print placement is "stuck" Title: Re: Error- Division by zero Post by: admin on June 09, 2015, 06:54:24 PM Looks like you've set your paper size to 444 x 14994 mm (about a half meter by 15 meters or 17 inches x 49 feet)! When you do your printer setup in the unclog dialog (setup button), give it a more reasonable page size such as the suggested letter or A4 size and the problem should go away.

Mike Mike to the rescue! Thank you ;D Title: Re: Error- Division by zero Post by: admin on June 09, 2015, 08:35:56 PM Mike to the rescue! Thank you ;D 8) You got me though. ;) I thought I had trapped all possible error cases but with a page length that long, one of my variables is overflowing before I check it. I'll have to fix that.
