I'm trying to print some banners using Qimage and it's not getting to the printer (epson 9800)

I've got 2 20.5x116 inch banners side by side printing on a roll of 44 inch paper.  They're at 150 resolution. 

Are they sized too big and what size should I take them down to to print and have them still be sharp?
