There's most likely an easy answer, but we need some better information from you.
What size paper? Is it 8.5 x 11, or 10" x what?
What size paper did you select in the driver.
What kind of printer?
What size prints? What version Qimage?
What kind of camera?

As far as sizes it's all sizes  8x10 2x3 5x7

The camera produces an aspect ratio (size) to the image.
Since you didn't provide any information, I didn't know where we were going with the "small size" print. I wanted to make sure I had enough information to look at crops or driver scaling.
Set the paper size to 10.02, and as Ray said, borderless, and the 8 x 10 will fit 10" into the 10" roll.

Hi Johnny,
That is only a "tag", an image does not really have "inches", only pixels and is meaningless until printed!
The best way when using Qimage is to specify the size there in inches and forget any virtual sizing tagged by another program.

So how are you specifying the size in Qimage?
If you want to use an embedded size then you need to use Custom, Use embedded Size and make sure the PPI override is not ticked.
You can check what size Qimage is sending to the printer by looking at the Queue information, click the Print Queue tab, all the data is there.

I hope you've watched the learning video Fred mentioned; that video mentions a fact that sizing can be tricky when borderless is set due to the expansion the driver applies with that setting. That can make the print bigger after it leaves Qimage.
What exactly does this mean? Do you mean the image is not completely printed or ....
Several of us still do not fully understand your problem yet very willing to help when supplied with all the information. A few screen shots of you Qimage and driver settings can often be useful.

If you are having to trim then the borderless setting has probably expanded the size. I think it's really designed for printing sheets. However, it is possible to turn off the expansion in Qimage, see attached screen shot for menu item.
I don't know about pushing up the first one, do you mean moving it on the page?
Can you put some images in the queue and tell us what size Qimage says it's sending to the driver, see second screen shot, metric units equivalent to 7x5 and a 10x8, but you'll get the idea. If the driver is expanding the print, Qimage does not show that. Best  thing is to turn off the expansion.
Also, I strongly recommend you set your inch sizes in Qimage with the crop scissors on.

This must be because you are using Qimage Pro or Studio Edition. These versions are now retired and you need to purchase Qimage Ultimate to get all the latest improvements.
