I had to reinstall Windows 10 because of a virus or malware. I was warned to I would lose all my software, and I did. I reinstalled Office, PS Elements, etc. I also reinstalled Qimage 2017.102. I edited the settings, but when I try to transfer my files from the card to the computer an error message comes up that I don't have any media in the slot. So, I click on help, and it shows that I do have media in the slot. I can't figure it out. Please help.
I have to screenshot attachments.
Please help.

Vlady Hi Vlady, I will have to replicate your screen snaps, but at first glance, it looks like you have empty destination folder boxes. The middle box is for a main photo folder like "MY PIX" and the right side should have a folder name that can already exist or a new folder willo be created. I will do some experimenting. In the meantime, put in a likely name for a folder: Vlady 21st birthday, perhaps. Fred

I did! I get the same error message if I leave the right side destination box blank. Vlady, I am not sure if you do any system backups or not. If you had a virus and had reinstalled a backup, all would have been restored; unless the backup had the virus too. Nevertheless, just want to point out that I mess up my FCCM screen or anything else in QU, and all I do is open my latest backup file in Explorer and recover the FCCM ini file. For next time. Fred

OR Set the J:\ ....\2016-Fotos directory ONLY in the To Folder column and the 2016 09 September in the Sub Folder column. I think the sub folder shown may have been previously auto generated from the settings, see screen shot attached. Terry

Terry and Fred,
I appreciate your help, but I must be dense. Also, maybe I can't explain the problem.
First, I don't back up my hard drive. I only back up the various folders.
Second, attached are two additional screenshots: 1) "Flash card copy/move"; 2) "settings".
I would have included these in the original post, but there was a size limitation for attachments.
Hope this helps.
Thanks
Vlady

Vlady, re. 2) "settings" Try ticking the box to check the availability of destination folders on startup and re-start QU. Terry

Terry,
I ticked the box to check availability of destination folders at start up and restarted QU. No luck!

Vlady, Just simplify to get it to work. You can add fancy later. See my screen snaps Do something similar. (You don't need the D drive line.) Fred

Fred,
I found the mistakes--thanks to you.
In the Operations Box I needed to add Copy in the column Operation, and Photos in the column File Type. See Attachment.
Thanks loads to you and Terry.

Thanks,

Thanks,
Vlady Vlady, We all do that from time to time. Just a few moments ago, I showed Terry a red rose I shot today. He reminded me that I should/could reduce the RED SATURATION -13, and all the detail in the red was restored. I should thank Terry, but his hat no longer fits anymore anyway. Fred
